Before you reach out
Can anyone see what I ordered?
No. Packages are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes. No product name, logo, or description appears on the outside. The sender name on the label is neutral.
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes - we deliver Pakistan-wide. Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad receive orders in 2–3 days. Other cities take 3–5 business days. Remote areas up to 7 days.
Is COD really available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across Pakistan. No online payment required. Our courier will confirm delivery before arriving.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive an SMS with your tracking number. You can also WhatsApp us your order number and we'll check the status immediately.
