We want you to feel confident ordering from Still Young. If something isn't right, we will make it right - privately and without judgment.

Overview

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must meet the conditions described below. All return requests are handled privately via WhatsApp or email.

Eligible Returns

You may return or exchange a product if:

  • The item is unopened and unused in its original packaging
  • The item was received damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product from what you ordered
  • The product is within 7 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used products of any kind
  • Products without original packaging or seal
  • Items purchased during a clearance or final sale promotion
  • Products returned after 7 days from delivery
  • Items showing signs of misuse or self-inflicted damage

We understand this is a sensitive product category. If you have a concern about a product you've opened, please reach out to us - we'll do our best to help.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
  • Share your order number and the reason for exchange
  • Share a photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Our team will confirm eligibility within 24 hours
  • We will arrange pickup at no cost for damaged or wrong items
  • Replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving the return

For size or product preference changes on unopened items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • COD orders: Refund via EasyPaisa / JazzCash / bank transfer within 3–5 business days
  • Online payments: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation message when your refund is processed

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share a photo of the package and item on WhatsApp
  • We will send a free replacement or full refund - your choice
  • No need to return damaged goods in most cases

COD Returns

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • You may refuse delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered with
  • If accepted and an issue is found, contact us within 48 hours
  • Refunds for COD returns are processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer
